Overview

Due to our online-only presence at this time, we are unable to offer refunds on orders outside our fulfillment service. However, our fulfillment service does have its own guarantee (about 30 days or less) that can assist with issues in your order. Typically, this means something went wrong with the fulfillment service. We do not accept products as that is not how our Fullment partner service works.

If you feel you nevertheless eligible for a return or to give us feedback on your experience, please submit a ticket by emailing us at support@yourstorymatterstojesus.com.

Refunds

As we stated, our refund policy is not available unless the issue is with an item that had problems before or during the initial shipping. In the event we do deem it approved to process a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during the shipping process up to the delivery. Please contact us at support@yourstorymatterstojesus.com if your situation aligns with our refunds policy.
